
Here is one of my garlic puree dishes in a lovely eggshell finish glaze with a pot of Fresh & Zesty Lemon Thyme Cornish Sea Salt (50g) (made in Gweek, the next village over from me) and a lovely Spanish garlic bulb cold smoked in the UK over cherry wood as pictured!

Simply peel a garlic clove, rub across the central rough pattern and voila!..perfect garlic puree!! It really works!! I have many returning satisfied customers!
This dish is made on my wheel from stoneware clay and is fired to 1240 degrees centigrade! It is suitable for your dishwasher and foodsafe!
It measures 4" across and about 2" high.
The glaze is hard to get across in a photograph but it is beautiful! It has a gorgeous smooth satiny eggshell finish!
Would make a great, unique present! : )
